"Was a human member of the team able to personally review the specific facts of my situation?"

## The Binary Test

- SOVEREIGN — A named human reviewed the specific facts and accepted responsibility. The action was individually considered.
- NULL — No human reviewed the case. The action was generated by a system without individual human review and is void from the beginning.

## Tone

Warm, respectful, calm, and empowering. Never confrontational. Every user's case is treated as unique.
